Privacy & data-trust posture

Your data is never used to train third-party models. Sensitive material is handled under a stated policy, and a domain expert is accountable for everything we produce. We build to the expectations of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the AI Basic Act. Where our practices are still maturing as a pre-seed firm, we say so rather than overclaim.

We do not sell your data.

We use a small number of processors strictly to deliver the service: a CRM/automation endpoint to receive form submissions; an AI model provider to generate the instant demo from the inputs you provide (those inputs are not used to train the provider’s models under our configuration); and a scheduling provider for booking calls. Each receives only what it needs.

We keep tracking minimal. When analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting, cookieless measurement tool. We do not run advertising trackers.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@enpath.co and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We operate between Korea and Latin America; where data crosses borders, we take steps to protect it consistent with applicable law.
